Our customers will have an hour to cancel their orders after the order is placed. You may cancel your order from the link in your order confirmation email. PAYMENTS & BILLING
Payments are handled via our secure payment gateway partner, Braintree Payments. Braintree Payments is a PayPal company and PCI compliant.
As a PayPal service, Braintree's innovative payments technology, scalable solutions, and support are backed by one of the world’s largest and most trusted fintech brands.
Braintree Payments accepts most major credit cards. PayPal payments and wallet payments, such as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay are also accepted.
Once you submit your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you need an additional or replacement copy of the receipt, we can send another one via e-mail. Please reach out to our Support Team.

The images we display have the most accurate color possible. Due to monitor/screen settings, there will be variations in color between the actual product and the photos on our site.
In some cases, patterns and colors may vary according to product size. Default room scene photos taken in our studio feature 5'x7’ rugs. For more product images, please refer to the “Customer Photos” section on product pages.
Please acknowledge that if the shipping address was entered incorrectly during checkout, Boutique Rugs will not be responsible for any reimbursement. We strongly advise checking all shipping information before submitting your order to ensure all the information is accurate.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee any changes once your order has been submitted.
If you are interested in exchanging any of your items, we would kindly ask that you place a new order for the desired item. As we do not have a direct exchange program, this is the easiest way to exchange your items as of now. You would need to return the undesired item back to us to receive a refund on that order. We recommend our Felted Rug Pad if you prefer a natural and stain-proof rug pad which provides an extra cushion under the rug. If you want a stronger grip, we recommend our Luxury Grip Rug Pad. If you bought a thin rug, we recommend our Bavaria Rug Pad. Luxury and Bavaria Rug Pads are made of PVC.
They are produced in accordance with American textile rules and they do not have any harmful effects on human health.
FELTED RUG PAD: It is a 100% Felt product. It is natural. Compared to other pads, it provides softness when laid under the carpet. It is produced in the USA.
BAVARIA RUG PAD: It is a 100% PVC product. It is not natural, but does not contain harmful chemicals. This is the thinnest pad on our site. It is good at preventing slipping like other pads. It is produced in China.
LUXURY GRIP RUG PAD: It is a 100% PVC product. It is not natural, but does not contain harmful chemicals. It has almost the same features as Bavaria, this pad is a little thicker.

It is difficult to recommend a size since it would largely depend on how many steps there are on your stairs. However, we can suggest that you take a look at the video below. We recommend that the most suitable size for putting under a king size bed is 9' x 12'.
Ideally, your dining room rug should be about four feet longer and wider than your table. You need 18 to 24 inches on each side so you and your guest can slide chairs out without worrying about falling off the edge of the rug. If your rug is too small, the chair can still scratch the floor, get tangled in the edge of the rug, and cause discomfort, embarrassment, and frustration when trying to slide the chair back in place.
To determine the size of the rug you need, first measure your table. Then add 36 to 48 inches to each measurement. Be sure to include any table extension leaves into your measurement to accommodate the entire length of your table. In most cases, an 8x10 or 9x12 rug will fit your area and leave plenty of room for your chairs.
