We got this to put under the rug we bought for our son’s room. It isn’t thick and cushiony, but it is still fine for him and his friends to sit on to play video games and watch movies. It holds the rug in place well, too.

I thought it would be a little more squishy, but it does the job! I do like how easy it is to cut since the size my rug is wasn’t available. I bought larger and cut with normal scissors! Definitely helps with slipping too!

Q: Is this washable? Or at least able to be washed with soap and water?

Q: I bought an area rug from this site that measures 7’10” x 10’3”. I am interested in purchasing a pad for it, but am not sure the pad will fit correctly. Would an 8’ x 10’ pad fit my rug?
A: Hi Meg, You can purchase a rug pad that has the same dimensions as the rug you purchased. If the same size doesn't exist, you can purchase one size bigger and trim it gently to make its dimensions fit the rug. Boutique Rugs Customer Service

Q: What is the difference between bavaria rug pad and luxury rug pad?
