Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

Got this lovely rug for my daughter's room. The colors are very spot on to the images online. The design is super cute and fun. It does favor a more feminine style in my opinion. It is a thinner rug but this was to be expected. Another review mentioned that it was shiny and I will agree that it does have a slight shine but it's not so much that it looks weird or constantly catches your eye. It only seems to be in certain colors of the pattern. Overall the quality seems very good. Initially it did have a smell but after a week or so it wasn't as noticeable unless you literally put your nose to it and sniffed. The edges flattened out fairly quickly also. Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase and will visit this site again if I ever need another rug!

I bought two Herstmontceaux rugs in different sizes for my living room and dining room. The whole experience from the beginning was flawless. The deals were fantastic, the styles are gorgeous, the ordering/purchasing process was easy and smooth. The rugs were shipped *super* quick, arrived in excellent condition, and they kept me up to date with communication about the status of my order (shipping soon, tracking, delivered, etc.) And they look exactly as pictured on the site. Very impressed. The rugs aren’t super expensive and so they don’t look like super expensive quality but they are pretty much exactly what I wanted and expected. Very very happy with every aspect of my purchase.

This rug is gorgeous. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is soft and the colors are perfect. I had a problem with my size (my error) and the customer service was so helpful, quick and kind. A rare thing these days.
