Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

The rug arrived, very nicely packed. The colors in the rug are exquisite. It looks a little more bluish than gray om the floor. The pile/fabric is on the thinner side, so not as thick as i would have preferred, but ok. The smell was a bit intense at first and faded away in a couple of days. Very good quality for the price. The corners most of the have come down, one is still curling up. Very pleasing to the eye and the feel of it.

My “new” rug arrived completely exposed on both ends with frayed edges and corners. Very disappointed. Another rug I arrived come very well packaged without defects.

I absolutely love this rug! It is definitely lighter than pictured but I expected that due to the other reviews. This rug is also thinner than I expected. However, I am very pleased with the quality, feel and price!!

I absolutely love my new rug. It is perfect for our living room. I wanted a slight pop of color with my neutral furniture. It is thin but I didn’t want a thick carpet. After I unrolled it; it flattened out quickly. Delivery was fast! I’ve already ordered another rug for a different room.

Q: I can not get this rug to lay flat. It was rolled so tightly that it is not only lifted on the edges but wavy all the way across. Any suggestions?
A: Hi Jenn, Since our rugs are rolled and packed very tight, sometimes they do not get flat right away. The best way to go about this is to roll the reverse side and wait a couple of days after opening, and it should flatten out. If possible, using a pad is also recommended. Also putting weight on the places where the waves are would help flatten them out as well. Boutique Rugs Customer Service
