Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

Pleasantly surprised at ease of order, cost and delivery. Delivery company professional and delivered right into my house. Rug delivery easily tracked once I found out where to go to track it. Customer service friendly and helpful in getting me to the correct website. I ordered 4 rugs total for the first time. Kind of risky for me but found reviews helpful and convincing! These two rugs of the four were not quite as thick as I had hoped but the reviews were spot on. The specs also were correct but I just thought in my mind they would be a bit thicker. Regardless, I love them! They are soft and give my living room and dining room, which flow together in an open medium space a while different look! Have received many compliments on them! My dogs love laying on them. I was worried at first they would be too creme colored versus more of the grey but think the lighter color is the conversation piece of my rooms now! Great overall experience and very reasonable price!

Beautiful, as pictured, lovely texture, looks way more expensive that it is. Get lots of compliments from this rug as well as all the boutique rugs I have purchased. Been super impressed with quality. No issue with color matching even tho purchased so many rugs from here online. 4 rugs purchased so far. All amazing.

Q: Are your rugs water repellent /stain resistant
A: Hi Alexa, Our rugs are stain-resistant, lightweight, and family & pet-friendly. To increase the life span of your rug, care is a necessity. To clean Tan Mikana Area Rug: ● Clean spills immediately. Once a stain is set, it becomes much more difficult to clean. ● Never rub a spill, as this forces the spill deeper into the rug. Instead, blot the stain with a clean white cloth. ● Work from the outer edges of the spill towards the center to prevent spreading. ● As wool is more prone to bleeding and staining than synthetic fibers, use lukewarm water for the wool rug to remove any residual stain. ● Always use clean water to remove any residual cleaner, and dry towels to absorb any remaining moisture. ● Please note that Viscose and Tencel rugs should never be cleaned with any water or liquid.
