Bold black hand-drawn lines form a collection of abstract Moroccan tribal symbols scattered across the field — including two large diamond/rhombus outlines (one larger at lower-left, one smaller at center), angular zigzag lines, a vertical lightning-bolt stroke, small hourglass shapes, bracket-like glyphs, parallel dash marks, and a cross-like anchor symbol at the bottom right. The symbols are loosely distributed across the field with no strict repeat, giving an organic, hand-sketched quality. The rug has a flat, low-profile weave with no visible pile.
