A rectangular high pile area rug with a bold two-tone Art Deco geometric pattern. The background is sage/olive green and the pattern lines are cream/ivory. The design features two large concentric semicircle arcs — one at the top half and one at the bottom half of the rug — mirroring each other to form an hourglass or bowtie composition. Between the two arcs, in the center horizontal band, are tight vertical parallel lines running the full width. The arc lines and vertical lines are all the same cream color and consistent width, creating a rhythmic, graphic stripe-within-curve effect. The pile is visibly thick and textured, giving the surface a soft, slightly raised appearance. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The overall impression is modern, zen-like, and graphic — reminiscent of a sand garden rake pattern or mid-century modern textile art.
