Product Care
Product Care
Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

Earthy rust and beige tones meet a beautifully distressed abstract surface — the Bice rug looks like a vintage textile with the durability of modern polyester.
- Richly distressed abstract pattern in rust, beige, and teal
- Machine woven polyester — durable and pet-friendly
- Medium pile (0.31") comfortable underfoot in high-traffic areas
- Short fringe edge adds a bohemian, artisan-crafted feel
- Made in Turkey with avant-garde, painterly aesthetic
- Earthy multicolor palette pairs with wood, leather, and natural decor
A rectangular area rug with an allover distressed abstract pattern that resembles a heavily aged or weathered textile surface. The base is a warm sandy beige, overlaid with irregular patches and washes of rust, burnt orange, warm brown, and muted gray that blend organically across the entire field — no clear repeat or medallion, just a fluid, painterly distribution of color. Small flashes of dusty teal appear scattered throughout, adding depth and contrast. The surface has a smooth, low-to-medium machine-woven texture with a subtle sheen. The edges feature a short fringe in a natural beige tone, approximately 0.4 inches in length. The overall impression is of a beautifully sun-faded vintage textile with warm, earthy tones and an avant-garde, abstract character.

Rug Maker's Note
The Bice Rich Textured Avant Garde Area Rug is an elegant addition to any modern home. Made of soft polyester and machine-woven for durability, this piece will last through the years without losing its appeal. The medium pile makes it perfect for a high traffic area, such as your living room or bedroom, while the fringe adds a sophisticated touch. For extra cushioning and to prevent slippage, be sure to pair it with a rug pad. This Turkish-made beauty will draw admiration from all who see it!
Living Room
When selecting a living room rug, choose one that anchors your furniture by either placing all the legs on the rug or just the front legs, which helps define the seating area and enhances the room’s acoustics.
Dining Room
When selecting a dining room rug, choose one large enough to fit under the table and chairs, ensuring that when the chairs are pulled out, they remain on the rug for a balanced look.
Bedroom
In the bedroom, opt for a rug that extends under the bed, providing a soft surface to step onto when getting out of bed and creating a cozy atmosphere.
Kitchen
For the kitchen, select a rug to place in front of the sink or under the countertops, offering comfort while standing and adding warmth to the space.
Bathroom
Choose a bathroom rug that fits comfortably in front of the sink or shower, providing a soft and absorbent surface for stepping out. For larger bathrooms, consider a rug that covers more area to enhance warmth and comfort.
Outdoor
For outdoor spaces like patios or decks, select a rug that complements the size of your seating area, leaving enough space around the furniture to create a well-defined and inviting look. Opt for weather-resistant materials to ensure durability.
