This rug had a slight smell when it arrived. I had to air it out a few days. It is very beautiful and so soft, but good ness it really sheds a lot. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and it’s still shedding. Everyday there are tiny pieces of wool found all over our blankets, sofa and the floor. I regret buying this rug.
