Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:

We bought this rug to go with our new gray walls (BM Stonington Gray) and tan sofas in our living room. The rug has subtle shades of tan mixed in with the blues and grays and perfectly ties together our furniture and wall color. Paired with some navy blue curtains and throw pillows, and we've been able to create a very lovely space with the rug as the focal point. I do recommend getting a nice rug pad for underneath because the rug is a medium pile.

The rug came quickly and was well packaged. The fabric is of reasonable quality and the colors in the rug are vibrant. I asked help from then on how to get it to lay flat and they were quick to have a response for me ! The binding weave on the rug looks tight and seems to be sewed well. The rug doesn’t slip or moves on the floor. It is lying flat and staying out !

A: Hi Betty, ​ The return cost depends on a number of factors such as the size of the order, size of the rugs in the order, the location from where it is being shipped from, the thickness of the package, the weight of the package, etc. For example, a 2x3 rug would most likely cost $10-$15 to return, whereas a 7'10" x 10'3" sized rug would usually cost around $35-$55 to return. We do not offer prepaid return labels for rugs that are over the size of 8' x 10', as those get shipped by freight companies and their rates are significantly higher than our discounted rates.
