Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

We purchased two of these area rugs for our Great Room and our main bedroom. They are absolutely gorgeous. Even though ordered online, colors were exactly what I had hoped for, coordinating excellently with my Sherwin Williams paint colors-- Rock Candy and Naval, with their personalities melding wonderfully to the rooms in which they were placed. The pictures on your website of the rugs in different people's home were a huge help. Your customer service and delivery were impeccable and prompt. A very satisfying experience. Love the rich colors and plush feel of this rug. The fit was 2 inches shorter than described by Boutique Rugs. When I contacted the company was told that it is common in their industry for rugs to come “in varying sizes.” They offered compensation in the form of a $75 credit towards my next purchase. All in all I like the rug, and will keep it BUT will remember that this brand can vary in sizes.

A: Hi Loretta, If the rug that you are looking for is under 8x10, once it ships which is within 2-3 business days, it usually takes 1-5 business days to deliver according to FedEx's schedule. However, if the rug that you are looking for is an oversize item, the orders ship within 4-8 business days after ordering.
