Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

A Wonderful Rug to Pull Together the Living Room

This Edithvale rug exceeded my expectations from the moment I opened the package. The texture is soft, lofty, lively, and true to the images shown online. The colors of Charcoal, Gray and Beige on a Cream base are accurately described and reflected well in the advertising images. The rug is a little on the stiff side as a machine-woven/polypropylene product, so it takes a few days to lay flat, but it did with time. It looks great in the "gray" living room and we are very pleased with the whole BoutiqueRugs experience!
