A rectangular hand-knotted area rug with a classic Persian medallion layout. The field is a warm dusty taupe-gray with a large central medallion rendered in slightly lighter beige and cream tones, surrounded by dense allover floral scrollwork, palmette motifs, and curvilinear vine patterns in muted beige, soft gray, and faint light blue. The design is framed by multiple concentric borders — a narrow inner guard stripe and a wider outer border filled with repeating floral and leaf motifs — all in the same muted, softly faded palette.
