A rectangular flatweave area rug woven entirely from natural jute fiber. The base field is a warm, sun-bleached beige-tan, crisscrossed by bold amber-orange stripes running both horizontally and vertically to form a clean, open plaid grid. The plaid lines are approximately 1.5–2 inches wide and create a simple, graphic pattern with a large central open square. The weave texture is visible and slightly coarse — a tight, flat hand-woven construction with no pile. Along both short ends, the rug finishes with natural amber-toned tassel fringe approximately 3 inches long, knotted at the base. The overall impression is warm, organic, and artisanal — like a piece of woven linen with a relaxed cottage character.
