Would have been 5 star, rugs are perfect very happy with the look & quality exactly how the description reads. Disappointed with the pads, you can buy a lot cheaper at your local Walmart and don’t fall for the shipping protection plan that was a joke. All that being said the customer service was excellent and highly recommend this product
