A rectangular flatweave area rug with a dense allover damask pattern. The background is crisp white/off-white, and the repeating motifs are rendered in deep jewel-toned purple (violet-indigo) with warm golden-brown outline detailing. Each motif features a fan-shaped or feathered medallion form with layered petal-like elements, arranged in a tight symmetrical grid across the entire surface. The pattern repeats vertically and horizontally with no border — the design runs edge to edge. The weave is flat and tight with a smooth, low-texture surface typical of hand-woven wool flatweave.
