A rectangular area rug with a deep, solid black field covering approximately 80% of the surface. Overlaid across the entire field is a repeating Moroccan trellis lattice pattern rendered in bright white — the lines form elongated hexagonal ogee shapes that interlock across the rug in a continuous allover grid, with small diamond-like intersections where the lines cross. The construction is a low, flat hand-woven texture with visible weave structure and no pile height to speak of. Along both short ends of the rug, rows of short knotted tassel fringe in a natural off-white/cream color extend outward approximately 1-2 inches, adding a relaxed handmade finish. The overall impression is bold, graphic, and high-contrast — a classic two-tone Moroccan geometric that reads as both modern and artisanal.
