Good enough for price and quality

Overall, happy with our purchase for the price and quality of product. This isn't the best, but definitely not the worse. Edges are bound tight, no frays throughout. Backing on the rug is hard and feels very plastic-like. After second day of laying it out, the rug is still bent and bubbled up in some places. I figure it'll flatten completely in time.

I originally bought the checkered shag rug but it didn’t give me the darkness I wanted in my room and this one is so comfy and soft!! Feels more like super soft carpet, way softer than a traditional shag (that feels more like towel material). Vacuums great too, would absolutely buy another one for another room! Sorry the photos are so dark!

The color of the rug isn’t exactly as pictured; I was expecting it to be a bit more on the burnt orange side, but it’s just deep red— to be fair, the description does say solid red. Nevertheless, the color is still beautiful, and I love the feel of it (I could lie on it all day)!

I am so happy to have found this company on my own !! And it totally stands up to my expectations !! Unlike Amazon that sent an 8x10 foot rug vaccumed sealed in a small box no bigger than the size of a large pizza with a bunch of heahache inducing instructions of how to make it look like it supposed to look on the picture had it showed up on my doorstep tightly rolled like any other rug that I've purchased over the years. They did nothing besided make me request a REFUND, and used that money to purchase my beautiful rug that arrvied today, it's exactly what I was looking for !! It's lovely, plush, true to size, luxurious and just great ! On top of that, it's at a great price (on clearance). Arrived on time, rolled tight and securely wrapped in plastic. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely purchase other rugs again in the future.

Q: How thick is this rug? Description shows 1.22 inches thick. Pictures don't look that thick. I'm concerned about vacuuming this rug.
A: Hi Kim, Yes, as stated in the description Heavenly Solid Cream Plush Rug is 1.22'' thick. Canister vacuums without beater bars are the optimal type of vacuum to use on rugs. Q: do you guys actually sell the 7'10" by 10' size? I ordered 2 times on amazon and the same wrong size arrived as 7'10" square
