Product Care
To keep your wool or cotton rugs in top shape, follow these steps:
- Begin by blotting any stains with a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to carefully remove food or debris.
- Combine a minimal quantity of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Use this solution and a clean sponge to gently clean the stain. Avoid over-saturating the rug. Blot the cleaned area dry with a towel.
- Keep away from excessive heat or agitation as wool and cotton rugs are susceptible to bleeding and staining.
- For the best results, we advise a yearly professional cleaning.

Warm beige wool with organic charcoal striations and cream border bands — the Alyssa rug brings quiet, handmade texture to any minimalist or transitional space.
- Handmade hand-tufted wool construction from India
- Warm beige field with organic charcoal and cream striations
- Cream border bands frame the top and bottom edges
- Low 0.2" pile — lays flat, great for layering
- Canvas backing for stability; rug pad recommended
- Neutral earth-tone palette suits modern, farmhouse, and transitional rooms
A rectangular, low-pile wool rug in warm sandy beige with subtle horizontal striations running across the full field in muted tan, light brown, and faint charcoal tones — giving the surface an organic, handspun appearance. The field transitions gently between tones, creating a soft ombre-like texture without any hard pattern lines. At the top and bottom edges, a distinct cream border band approximately 2–3 inches wide frames the design cleanly. The pile is very low and tight, with a slightly textured, matte surface that reads as handmade. Edges are bound with no fringe or tassels. The overall impression is quiet, earthy, and refined — like a piece of natural linen stretched across a floor.

warm paletteA warm, sandy beige dominates the field, softened by subtle tan and light brown horizontal striations and faint charcoal threads that give it an organic, handspun quality. Crisp cream border bands at the top and bottom anchor the design and add a gentle contrast.
