Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

A rectangular area rug with a warm cream/ivory base covering approximately 80% of the surface. The pattern consists of an allover Moroccan-inspired geometric design rendered in soft charcoal gray: repeating small diamond lattice motifs fill the upper and lower thirds of the rug, while the center band features horizontal rows of small circular dot clusters and elongated diamond outlines arranged in alternating stripes. The overall effect creates a subtle banded layout within the allover geometric field. The pile is low and smooth with a machine-woven texture — no visible fringe, tassels, or border frame. Edges are cleanly bound. The color contrast between cream and gray is soft and tonal rather than high-contrast, giving the rug a gentle, understated look.
