Follow these steps to keep your shag rugs looking their best:

The upper two-thirds of the rug features a repeating Moroccan diamond trellis — interlocking diamond shapes formed by crossing diagonal lines with small X accents at intersections. The lower third transitions into horizontal banded striping with fine parallel black lines on the cream ground, creating a zonal layout typical of Berber-inspired designs. The pile is visibly thick and plush with a slightly textured, fluffy surface that catches light softly. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels.
