A rectangular traditional Persian-style area rug with a warm beige and golden tan base. The field is covered in an allover repeating floral and scrollwork pattern featuring small medallion-like motifs, botanical vines, and classic Persian palmette flowers rendered in muted brown, dusty gray, and soft purple tones. The entire design has a deliberately faded, distressed appearance — as if sun-bleached over decades — giving it an antique, heirloom quality. A multi-layered geometric border frames the field, with thin inner guard stripes and a wider outer border echoing the floral motifs in slightly deeper tones. The surface is smooth and flat with a very low pile, machine-woven with a tight, even texture. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels.
