A rectangular area rug with a soft cream and ivory field dominated by a large central octagonal medallion filled with intricate floral and geometric motifs in faded rust, tan, and taupe tones. The field surrounding the medallion is filled with scattered small floral and geometric accents in the same warm earth-tone palette. A multi-layered ornate border frames the entire rug, featuring repeating geometric and floral bands in rust, tan, and muted sage. The entire surface has a heavily distressed, faded finish — colors appear intentionally washed out and sun-worn, giving the impression of an aged antique rug. The pile is very low and smooth with a flat, machine-woven surface texture. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels.
