The central field features a symmetrical arrangement of four large diamond medallions, each composed of nested concentric diamond outlines with cross/plus motifs at the corners and between the diamonds. The pattern has a slightly distressed, worn-ink quality — lines are crisp but carry a subtle faded texture. A multi-layered geometric border frames the entire rug, featuring zigzag chevron bands, small triangle rows, and repeating dash-and-dot lines in the same black-on-white palette.
