Exactly what I wanted

I live the rug! I am glad I got it on sale! It looks like it has a great quality, but expect the first few vacuuming will have a lot of lint. I live the pattern of the rug, it appears to be more expensive than what I paid for! It is more greyish but does have some beige hue which I do not mind because these are the colors of my room! I’m only con is the smell - not strong, but you can pick it up. But it has more pros and I would definitely recommend it!

I absolutely love this rug but it came with a flaw in it of which I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone at Boutique Rugs to see what we can do about this. I’m only giving two stars because while it is a pretty rug I surely didn’t want it with a tear/run in it. I paid too much money for it to be damaged.

We were so excited for this rug at first and so disappointed when it arrived. The rug itself is a dark grey with blue undertones and looks awful. Absolutely nothing like the picture. Feels like a farce and now we have to pay $58 for shipping to return it. The least the company could do is cover the shipping cost.
