A rectangular hand-knotted wool rug with a warm golden-yellow field covering the majority of the surface, scattered with an allover arrangement of individual floral and botanical motifs in a variety of styles — some star-shaped, some rosette-like, some leafy — each rendered in contrasting jewel tones including navy blue, coral red, blush pink, earthy brown, sage green, and orange. The motifs are loosely spaced across the field in a non-repeating, artisan arrangement typical of Oushak design. A wide cream/ivory border frames the rug, decorated with its own smaller floral and vine motifs in similar multicolor tones. The pile is visibly high and lush with a slightly textured, hand-knotted surface. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The overall impression is warm, colorful, and artisan-crafted — like a vintage Turkish market find.
