A rectangular flatweave rug with an all-over checkerboard pattern in two closely related warm tones — sandy beige and soft tan/khaki — alternating in a clean grid across the entire field. Within the alternating squares, subtle woven motifs (small geometric symbols, arrows, and diamond shapes) are embedded in a tone-on-tone fashion, adding quiet visual texture without disrupting the overall grid. The surface is flat and tightly woven with a slightly rough, natural jute texture visible throughout. The rug is edged with a short fringe border in the same natural beige/tan colorway, approximately 1 inch in length, running along the shorter ends.
