This is the third rug I’ve purchased from Boutique. Always arrives quick and very easy to deal with. This was the first natural fiber rug I’ve purchased. Had a little bit of a smell when I first unrolled. Customer service gave me exactly what to do. Really just needed to open windows and let it air out. Within 24 hours it’s was gone, and customer service even followed-up to make sure the issue was resolved

The rug was much better quality than I expected (purely going off pricepoint and what I’m used to seeing in showrooms, west elm, etc.). Rug was packaged nicely and arrived in great condition and on time. Will be ordering from Boutique Rugs again!

Very cute rug. I thought it was black and pink but it’s actually a very dark brown. There are a couple spots in the middle of the rug where there are nubs or the end of a string, so I got those don’t turn into holes over time. Over all, very cute and soft. I would purchase again.
