Product Care
Product Care
Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

A beautifully faded Persian medallion in soft cream, gray, and muted blue — the Orrick looks like a vintage heirloom but handles everyday life with ease.
- Faded Persian medallion design in soft cream, gray & blue
- 100% polypropylene — stain resistant and easy to spot clean
- Machine woven for consistent pattern and lasting durability
- Transitional style works in both traditional and modern rooms
- Handles high-traffic areas without showing wear
- Neutral palette pairs with virtually any furniture color
A rectangular area rug with a soft cream/ivory base field and an ornate central medallion rendered in layered gray and muted dusty blue tones. The medallion is large and centrally placed, featuring intricate traditional Persian-style floral and geometric scrollwork that radiates outward in a diamond-shaped composition. The entire surface has a deliberately distressed, faded finish — as if the rug has been gently worn over decades — with the pattern appearing softly washed out rather than crisp. A multi-layered border frames the field with repeating traditional motifs in the same gray and blue palette. The pile is smooth and low, with a machine-woven surface texture. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The overall impression is of a vintage Persian heirloom in a cool, neutral colorway.

When selecting a living room rug, choose one that anchors your furniture by either placing all the legs on the rug or just the front legs, which helps define the seating area and enhances the room’s acoustics.
Dining Room
When selecting a dining room rug, choose one large enough to fit under the table and chairs, ensuring that when the chairs are pulled out, they remain on the rug for a balanced look.
Bedroom
In the bedroom, opt for a rug that extends under the bed, providing a soft surface to step onto when getting out of bed and creating a cozy atmosphere.
Kitchen
For the kitchen, select a rug to place in front of the sink or under the countertops, offering comfort while standing and adding warmth to the space.
Bathroom
Choose a bathroom rug that fits comfortably in front of the sink or shower, providing a soft and absorbent surface for stepping out. For larger bathrooms, consider a rug that covers more area to enhance warmth and comfort.
Outdoor
For outdoor spaces like patios or decks, select a rug that complements the size of your seating area, leaving enough space around the furniture to create a well-defined and inviting look. Opt for weather-resistant materials to ensure durability.
