A rectangular area rug with a warm terracotta-rust ground covering approximately 65% of the surface. Allover cream/ivory geometric pattern featuring large diamond shapes arranged in a 2x2 repeating grid, each diamond filled with folk-art tribal motifs including zigzag lines, cross/star symbols, arrow-like marks, wavy lines, and small dashes. The motifs are rendered in a slightly raised, hand-knotted texture with visible fiber variation giving the surface a handcrafted, slightly irregular quality. Low pile (0.3 inches) with a medium-density weave. Bound edges with no fringe or tassels. The overall impression is bold, earthy, and artisanal — reminiscent of West African mudcloth or Native American textile traditions.
