A rectangular flatweave area rug with a warm cream and ivory base covering approximately 70% of the surface. Overlaid across the entire field is a subtle, allover crosshatch or loose grid-like texture rendered in soft gray and faint pale blue-gray tones, giving the impression of a woven linen or loose basket-weave pattern. The markings are irregular and organic rather than perfectly geometric, lending an artisan, hand-crafted quality. There is no pile — the surface is flat and smooth with visible woven structure.
