A rectangular, low-pile hand-knotted wool rug with an allover traditional Persian-inspired pattern. The dominant ground color is a warm sandy beige, with the intricate design rendered in tonal sage green, muted tan, and soft gray. The pattern features repeating elongated oval medallion frames filled with stylized floral and leaf motifs, connected by flowing scrollwork and vine tendrils across the entire field. Small floral rosettes fill the negative space between the medallions. The overall palette is muted and tonal — no high-contrast colors — giving it an antique, softly faded quality even though it is not distressed.
