To maintain the look and longevity of your outdoor rugs, adhere to the following instructions:
- Use a dry cotton or white paper towel to blot out as much of the stain as possible.
- Gently scrape off any food or debris using a dull instrument.
- Prepare a cleaning solution of a small amount of dish soap mixed with a cup of cold water. With a clean sponge and this soap mixture, clean the remainder of the stain and allow it to dry.
- For comprehensive cleaning, apply a mixture of soap and water and spray over the rug, then rinse off using a garden hose.

Made in Egypt, this low-pile rug is soft to the touch and easy to clean - just vacuum or spot clean with mild soap and water. I needed a rug in my kitchen that would stay put because I kept tripping over the old one. This one did the trick! I love it and the deal I got was great... so I ordered 2. It took several days for the ends to lay down from being tightly rolled up. I put some heavy books on it for a few days and now it’s perfect!
