A rectangular area rug with a classic Persian Heriz-style design featuring a large central medallion in deep rust/terracotta surrounded by a soft powder blue field filled with intricate geometric-floral motifs. The medallion is angular and bold, with layered diamond and lozenge shapes in rust, cream, and faint coral. Multiple ornate borders frame the field — alternating bands of rust, blue, and cream with repeating geometric and stylized floral elements. The entire surface has a heavily distressed, faded finish that softens all colors and gives the rug an aged, antique appearance.
