Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

I was worried that this rug was too thin and that the colors were not accurate (it does seem to me that the online picture reads that it has blush in it when it does not). But, I took a chance and love the quality and durability of the rug AND the color! It really is a beautiful rug! No filters on the photos….just natural light.

We bought this rug for our master bedroom and are IN LOVE! The rug looks exactly like the photo and is so soft!! It did have a bit of a smell when we opened it, but aired it outside for a day and it was fine. Rug is very flexible and easy to fold and roll.... not stiff at all. Can't say enough great things about the looks though.... BEAUTIFUL!

I ordered the runner version of this rug for our foyer hallway to brighten it up and the color certainly do. The pattern is beautiful too...traditional but still fresh-looking. I will definitely be ordering a larger area rug for our bedroom from this site soon.

Print and colors are nice. But it just looks screen printed on a plain rug. I had thought it would have been woven with different colors not printed. But it will do for next to the bed in a small guest room.

A: Hi Jessica, It made of 70% Cotton,30% Polyester. We kindly recommend purchasing a rug pad for your rug. A rug pad will not only prevent your rug from slipping, but it will also extend the lifespan of your rug and make it feel softer. We recommend buying rug pads that are a little bigger than the rug itself. Q: Is this rug stain resistant?
A: Hi Michael, Our rugs are stain-resistant, lightweight, and family & pet-friendly. To increase the life span of your rug, care is a necessity. To clean Undy Area Rug: ● Clean spills immediately. Once a stain is set, it becomes much more difficult to clean. ● Never rub a spill, as this forces the spill deeper into the rug. Instead, blot the stain with a clean white cloth. ● Work from the outer edges of the spill towards the center to prevent spreading. ● As wool is more prone to bleeding and staining than synthetic fibers, use lukewarm water for the wool rug to remove any residual stain. ● Always use clean water to remove any residual cleaner, and dry towels to absorb any remaining moisture. ● Please note that Viscose and Tencel rugs should never be cleaned with any water or liquid. Q: I purchased this 4 months ago and love it but have dogs and it's pretty dirty. I have a carpet cleaner and this material is hard to clean with it. Do you have any suggestions on how to get this cleaned?
A: Hi Emily, With a dry cotton towel or white paper towel, blot out the stain as much as possible. Scrape off any food or debris with a dull instrument. Mix a very small amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. With a clean sponge and soap mix (avoid using excessive water), gently remove the remainder of the stain and then blot the area with a dry towel. Avoid excessive heat or agitation, as cotton rugs are more prone to bleeding and staining than synthetic rugs. We recommend using a professional rug cleaner on an annual basis.
