A rectangular flatweave wool rug with a deep eggplant purple background covering the majority of the surface. The pattern consists of repeating concentric rectangles arranged in a staggered brick-like horizontal layout across the entire rug — each rectangle unit features three to four nested frames graduating from dark taupe on the outside to warm beige and cream at the center, outlined with thin cream or off-white lines. The overall effect resembles a bold, graphic tile or architectural motif. The weave is tight and flat with no visible pile, giving the surface a smooth, slightly textured appearance with visible woven structure. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The rug is rectangular in shape and the pattern repeats uniformly from edge to edge with no central medallion or border.
