A rectangular hand woven flatweave rug with a dominant cool medium gray base and horizontal stripe detailing in soft cream and warm beige tones running across the full width. The stripes vary slightly in width and spacing, giving the surface an organic, artisanal quality rather than a perfectly uniform machine-made look. The pile is extremely low — almost flush with the weave — revealing the texture of the interlaced jute, cotton, and wool fibers up close, with a slightly nubby, matte surface.
