A rectangular hand-knotted wool area rug with a warm cream/off-white base and bold charcoal gray geometric patterning covering the entire field. The design is organized in horizontal bands: the top and bottom feature double-line chevron/zigzag rows, the upper-middle section displays a row of large open diamond shapes with small dot accents at their centers, the center band shows a row of octagonal/hexagonal shapes with interior dot motifs, and the lower section features a dense lattice of smaller overlapping diamonds. All linework is rendered in a single charcoal gray against the cream ground. The pile is high and visibly plush with a slightly textured, handmade surface. Both short ends are finished with natural cream tassel fringe approximately 4 inches long. The overall impression is bold, graphic, and artisanal — a classic Moroccan-Berber aesthetic in a clean two-tone palette.
