Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.

Oh man...I held this in my shopping cart for weeks wondering if this rug would look good and not be too flimsy! I got a 9 ft area rug and two runners in the Parkerfield... AND I LOVE THEM. They are beautiful! The rugs are on the thinner side but not too thin, and they're very soft to the touch and soft on your feet. The colors are absolutely perfect; because of the color pattern, I think they'll stay looking nice even with foot traffic. I needed rugs that my dogs wouldn't snag and that matched and fit in an odd shaped sitting room and I'm so pleased. The ordering process was easy and they all shipped very fast!!

This is a beautiful rug, especially for the price. I wanted something subtle for the MB and this rug works well. The colors are muted which I like very much for this room. The quality is good. This is the second rug I have purchased. It takes a day or so for the rug to flatten out in the center and edges but other than that, I am very pleased.

Q: Does this rug need a pad underneath?
A: Hi Beth, We always recommend using a rug pad underneath your area rug. It protects your hardwood floor, keeps the rug in place, and it makes your rug lasts longer. If you would like more natural material and a softer feeling we would recommend the Mohawk Dual Surface Pad, but if you would like a rug pad that is better at securing your rug so that it does not slip, you may purchase the Non-Slip Rug Pad. You can cut the pad parts outside the rug according to the size of the rug with a scissor if the pad's size is not an exact match.
