A rectangular area rug with an allover mosaic pattern composed of varying-sized rectangles and squares arranged in a loose grid across the entire surface. The color palette is strictly tonal grayscale — medium gray dominates, with blocks ranging from near-white and light gray through to deep charcoal and near-black. Each individual block features subtle horizontal striations or streaks within it, giving the impression of brushed or woven texture inside each tile. The overall effect resembles a patchwork of woven fabric swatches or a pixelated abstract composition. The pile is smooth and low, with a machine-woven surface that has a slight sheen in lighter blocks. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The rug is rectangular in shape and the pattern fills edge to edge with no border.
