A rectangular hand-woven flatweave rug with a cream and beige base divided into distinct color-block sections. The upper left quadrant features bold black-and-white horizontal stripes; the upper right quadrant has narrower golden mustard horizontal stripes on a cream ground. A wide rust-brown horizontal band runs across the middle of the rug. The lower half is a large expanse of muted teal-blue with subtle woven texture. The overall surface is flat and tightly woven with visible warp and weft texture. Along the top and bottom short edges, natural-colored fringe tassels approximately 3 inches long hang evenly. The rug has no pile and a smooth, matte surface. At a glance it reads as a modern, graphic, earthy color-block composition with a handcrafted artisan quality.
