A rectangular area rug with a faded, distressed Persian medallion design. The field is a dusty, muted blue-gray that appears intentionally worn and sun-bleached. A large central medallion dominates the composition, rendered in warm terracotta, rust orange, sandy beige, and pale gold tones, with a smaller inner diamond medallion in deeper blue at its core. The medallion has elongated pointed ends extending toward the top and bottom borders. The field is surrounded by multiple layered borders — a main border with repeating floral and geometric motifs in rust, beige, and soft blue, and narrower guard borders in complementary tones. The overall surface is smooth and low-profile with a flat machine-woven texture. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The distressed finish gives the entire rug a softly faded, antique appearance as if it has been gently aged over time.
