Product Care
Product Care
Follow these steps to keep your shag rugs looking their best:
- Use a wool-approved product in combination with spray extraction for cleaning.
- Note that shedding is a normal occurrence for shag rugs and will decrease over time. Avoid pulling the yarn out as it may cause rug damage.
- For effective cleaning, opt for canister vacuums without a beater bar. Vacuums that have beater bars and/or brushes, or those set too low, may potentially damage the rug's surface.

- Versatile earth-tone palette pairs with a wide range of interiors
- 1.22" total thickness — substantial feel without being bulky
A rectangular area rug with an allover abstract, distressed patchwork design. The dominant color is a medium-to-dark cool gray, interspersed with deep forest green patches, warm taupe-brown areas, and broken cream-white sections that create a worn, faded effect. Scattered throughout are small accents of mustard gold that add warmth and visual interest. The pattern has no clear repeat — it reads as an organic, almost geological or fresco-like surface with irregular block-like zones of color blending into one another. The pile is plush and dense, giving the surface a soft, slightly textured appearance with subtle high/low variation. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The overall impression is of a sophisticated, moody abstract rug that looks like aged stone or a weathered painted surface.

Dining Room
When selecting a dining room rug, choose one large enough to fit under the table and chairs, ensuring that when the chairs are pulled out, they remain on the rug for a balanced look.
Bedroom
In the bedroom, opt for a rug that extends under the bed, providing a soft surface to step onto when getting out of bed and creating a cozy atmosphere.
Kitchen
For the kitchen, select a rug to place in front of the sink or under the countertops, offering comfort while standing and adding warmth to the space.
Bathroom
Choose a bathroom rug that fits comfortably in front of the sink or shower, providing a soft and absorbent surface for stepping out. For larger bathrooms, consider a rug that covers more area to enhance warmth and comfort.
