A rectangular hand-knotted area rug with a muted sage green field covered in an allover traditional Persian/Oushak-style floral and botanical pattern. Scrolling vines, stylized flowers, and leaf motifs are rendered in warm cream, beige, and soft tan against the sage ground. A multi-layered ornate border frames the entire field, featuring repeating floral and geometric elements in the same cream and beige tones. The pile is very low and tight, giving the surface a slightly textured, woven appearance with visible knot density. Short fringe edges (approximately 0.5 inches) run along the two short ends in a natural cream/beige color.
