A rectangular area rug with a classic Persian medallion layout. The field is dominated by a warm rust and terracotta tone with a beautifully distressed, faded appearance — as if sun-worn over time. A large central medallion in vivid teal and ivory sits at the center, surrounded by intricate floral scrollwork and smaller geometric motifs in teal, navy, beige, and gold. The main border is deep navy with repeating floral and geometric ornamental bands in teal, rust, and ivory. The overall surface has a washed, vintage quality with intentional color variation and fading throughout. Edges are cleanly bound in a deep red/rust tone with no fringe or tassels.
