A rectangular traditional Oriental area rug with a warm taupe-brown field covered in an allover repeating floral lattice pattern — diagonal trellis lines in soft cream and ivory form diamond shapes, each filled with small stylized floral and leaf motifs in cream, ivory, and light brown. The wide border is a contrasting creamy ivory ground densely filled with scrolling floral vines, palmettes, and leaf sprays in taupe and soft brown tones, framed by narrow inner and outer guard borders. The pile is low and even with a smooth, slightly textured wool surface. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels.
