A rectangular flatweave area rug with a large, uninterrupted deep dark blue (near navy) field covering approximately 80% of the surface. The border consists of a crisp cream and white Greek key (meander) pattern that runs along all four edges, with ornate interlocking scroll corner motifs at each of the four corners. The border is approximately 2-3 inches wide with clean, geometric lines. The rug has a smooth, low-profile woven surface with no visible pile or texture — tight flatweave construction.
