Follow these steps to keep your shag rugs looking their best:
- Use a wool-approved product in combination with spray extraction for cleaning.
- Note that shedding is a normal occurrence for shag rugs and will decrease over time. Avoid pulling the yarn out as it may cause rug damage.

A rectangular hand woven wool rug with a bold two-tone design in rich burnt orange and crisp white. The pattern features a large-scale abstract zigzag or chevron-like composition where jagged, irregular horizontal white stripes — resembling brushstrokes or torn paper edges — cut diagonally across the orange field, creating three distinct angular zones. The white areas are filled with fine parallel horizontal lines (high-low texture detail), giving the white sections a striated, almost woven-stripe appearance against the solid orange ground. The overall effect is graphic and dynamic, somewhere between abstract art and tribal geometry. The pile is visibly thick and plush with a slight high-low texture variation. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The rug has a handmade, slightly organic quality to the pattern edges.
