- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

A rectangular machine-woven area rug with an allover geometric trellis pattern composed of repeating large hexagonal medallions arranged in a grid across the entire field. The base is a medium cool gray, with cream and ivory filling the interior of each medallion, and deep charcoal gray outlining the geometric framework. Within each medallion, small intricate floral and scrollwork motifs add traditional Persian-style detail. The transitions between medallions are filled with delicate secondary geometric ornaments in taupe and beige. The surface has a smooth, low-to-medium pile with a subtle sheen visible in certain lighting. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The overall impression is of a classic traditional rug in a restrained, neutral palette that reads as both timeless and versatile.
