A round area rug featuring a bold Persian medallion design dominated by deep cobalt and navy blue, with a central diamond-shaped medallion rendered in lighter sky blue, ivory, and multicolor floral motifs. Radiating outward from the center are concentric rings of dense floral scrollwork and vine patterns in fiery orange, crimson red, leafy green, golden yellow, and hot pink against the deep blue ground. The outermost border is a rich navy with additional floral and botanical detailing. The overall palette is intensely jewel-toned with a slightly distressed, faded quality that gives it an antique-inspired character. The pile is medium height with a smooth, machine-woven surface texture. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The rug is perfectly circular in shape.
